Starting August 1, 2012, the comic will start updating again. The bad news first — it’s going back to its original format, black and white with touches of color. The good news is it will update three times a week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Originally I planned to cancel the comic altogether and just focus on the animation project, but I need a storyboard and to be honest, I really missed drawing comics.

New Layout + Music

April 11, 2012 ~ Whirlwynd

Decided on a whim to do a little site work today. As you can see, I picked a new layout. I also added a section for the soundtrack! Unfortunately WordPress has something against offsite widgets so the links lead to Soundcloud.

I’ll be working on the next chapter of the prose this week. Progress on Episode 1 of the animation is going well. We’re about 20 seconds in so far, not including the opening.

Nothing new, just a status update. I’m at :59 in the animation. The reason that progress is so slow is because I had to restart this scene twice before it looked right. The second time I had to start over at the sketch phase. That’s a total of over 100 frames drawn from scratch that I had to toss =( It’s looking so much better now, though!

As for the written version, no progress has been made. Just haven’t had the time.
